The India and Pakistan
virtual libraries located at this site are part of the international
cooperative project of the World Wide Web Virtual Library. The WWW-VL
continues one of the earliest W3 initiatives for sharing knowledge
worldwide.
The purpose of these virtual
libraries is to serve as annotated records of electronically
distributed sources of information. Remote sites listed here are
inspected and evaluated
before being added to these virtual libraries.
Although neither the editor
of these libraries nor the World Wide Web Virtual Library community
at large is responsible for the level or types of information offered
nor the opinions expressed on the various remote sites linked from
here, the editor's annotations are intended to serve as fair and
useful guides for the prospective visitors to those sites.
